Professional legal liability insurance covering legal services in the amount of GEL 30,000.

Legal services provided by a team of 5 lawyers and attorneys in Georgian, Russian, and English.

24/7 legal support throughout the entire territory of Georgia.

A 3-month trial (test) period included in the service package, the duration and scope of which are determined by the client.

No additional legal fees in the event of a successful court outcome (success-based protection of the client’s interests).

Legal support for the management and employees of the client company, including free legal consultations on their personal and everyday legal matters.

Our firm assumes full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all legal services provided.

You are not required to provide paid annual leave (at least 24 working days per year) or unpaid leave (at least 15 calendar days per year), as would be required for in-house staff.

If necessary, termination of the service agreement is simple and straightforward — with no penalties and/or compensation payable.

Our level of expertise is significantly higher: the firm has been operating since 2010, and each lawyer has no less than 5 years of professional legal experience.

Giorgi Zarnadze is a highly experienced attorney who has been actively practicing law since 2010 and is a member of the Georgian Bar Association. His expertise covers civil, administrative, and tax law, with a strong track record of successfully representing clients and managing complex legal matters.
His professional background includes both private sector and public service experience, having worked with development, retail, and manufacturing companies, as well as holding a senior position at the Revenue Service of Georgia. He has also led international legal operations and participated in arbitration processes, bringing strategic insight to high-stakes and multifaceted cases.
In addition, he is a member of the Personal Data Protection Officers Association of Georgia and serves as a Data Protection Officer for several companies. He is also a member of the International Realtors Association, further strengthening his cross-sector expertise.
